Chaplain Renee Godoy
has been serving as a Police Chaplain since 2007 and a Fire Chaplain since 2015. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and served as Senior Pastor for Glad Tidings Church for 11 years. In 2021 she started Friends of First Responders - a non-profit that is committed to the health and wellness of first responders and their families.

Chaplain Kat Konanui
has been on staff at New Hope Hilo since 2013 and ordained a pastor in 2020. She has served as a Police Chaplain since 2022.
Being married to a Police officer (now retired) she understands the stresses and demands on the officer and their families. She offers marriage counseling (premarital too), performing weddings, officiating funerals, and other personal counseling.

Dr. Alicia Rodriguez
Dr. Alicia is a licensed psychologist that specializes in working with First Responders. Folks can use their HMSA benefits to meet with her- either through telehealth or in-person- for help with a variety of stress management and mental wellness needs. Call 808-818-8850 to get more information.

THE WEST COAST POST-TRAUMA RETREAT (WCPR)
The WCPR
program is for first responders whose lives have been affected by their
work experience. The WCPR residential program provides an educational
experience designed to help current and retired first responders
recognize the signs and symptoms of work-related stress including post
traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in themselves and in others. FRSN
prefers to identify PTSD as a post traumatic stress injury.
